OK Bank Indonesia with full name PT. Bank Oke Indonesia Tbk is a national private bank resulting from the merger of 2 (two) national private banks, namely PT Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk (Bank Dinar) and PT Bank Oke Indonesia (OK Bank Indonesia) on July 8, 2019.

On October 25, 2018, Bank Dinar was officially acquired by APRO Financial Co., Ltd (APRO), a large financial institution from South Korea. The acquisition transaction was carried out through the purchase of 77.38% of Bank Dinar's shares.

OK Bank Indonesia itself was previously known as Bank Andara which was founded in 1980 under the name Airline Andil Indonesia Bank Pasar Seri Partha. In 1989 it obtained a license as a commercial bank and in 1997 changed its name to PT Bank Sri Partha which focuses on financing for MSMEs in Bali. After being acquired by a group of shareholders with international reputations, both in the social and banking sectors, on 20 April 2009 it changed its name to Bank Andara after obtaining approval from Bank Indonesia. On 18 November 2016, Bank Andara and APRO signed the deed of acquisition which marked the effectiveness of the acquisition by APRO. The acquisition transaction of Bank Andara was carried out through the purchase of new shares of Bank Andara by 40% and a year after the acquisition, precisely in May 2017, APRO purchased shares from other shareholders so that its ownership became 99%. In August 2017, the name of Bank Andara officially changed to Bank Oke Indonesia and was approved by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority.
